*CLARIFICATION: It is funny to me that every person that has commented on this post has said "blah, blah blah I love Kris!" Well, I just want to make it very clear, that I am still 100% behind ADAM! He is my man. I was just happy that Kris got it over Danny cause I thought Danny was starting to get super boring and I do think Kris is very sweet and endearing. But I am still all for Adam!

When conservatism meets liberalism!?!

So for those of you who know my dad, you know he is a pretty conservative guy, and with pretty conservative, I mean extremely conservative!

Well, I am watching American Idol the other night when my dad walks by. I'm like "dad, this guy is so amazing, and really SEXY too!" Yes, I admit, I think Adam Lambert is SEXY! I don't know what it is about black eye liner, but it gets me every time (Jack Sparrow, ahem!)

Anyway, so my dad makes some negative comment about his appearance and starts to walk on by, when I say, you may just want to give him a listen before you say anything. Well, needless to say, I can't get my dad to STOP watching Adam's performance from Tuesday. He has watched it on DVR at least a couple times a day since his performance and even showed it to my aunt and uncle who came into town last night and have never even watched American Idol!

So Ladies and Gentleman, let me present to you Adam Lambert's BIGGEST FAN!!!


I am happy to report that our love for this guy runs deep in the family.

He's even got the conservatives on board baby!

We went swimming at the Lions Club Pool, it was amazing. Lance is such a little fish, he had such a fun time.

Spence had to go to California for visit, so we flew in for the weekend and drove down to Fresno. On Saturday we went to the Clovis Parade. Lance LOVED it. For an hour straight, he didn't take his eyes off of the horses, cheerleader, cars, clowns, etc.




Lance had so much fun with his cousins.

Spence had a meeting in Los Angeles, and we had about 45 minutes until we had to be at the airport and so we hit up the beach. The water was freezing, but this little beach bum could care less. He would run right into the water!

My friend Kristy and her son Brennan were in town from California and Marti and Jack were here from Michigan. It was so fun to get together with our boys. These girls were some of my very closest friends from my study abroad. I wish they lived closer.

Park Playday!

I got together with some of my sorority sisters at the park yesterday. It was so fun to see these girls and there cute kiddos!

What a cutie!

I have some darling pictures of Lance I want to post from Easter and that I took of him last week but my laptop charger burned up and so until I get the part I ordered off of Ebay, my blog posts will continue to be scarce. Here is one picture I was able to upload onto Speen's laptop and post on the blog. Lance is getting so big and is just darling as ever. His personality is really starting to shine. I love this age, it is so much fun!

PS - he is always on the go, I thought it was a miracle I #1 got him to stop for long enough to take a picture, and #2 look at the camera!

Cousins on both sides came into town this week and we spent two days playing at the park.

My cousin Ashley brought her darling new little baby Samuel from NYC. It was so fun to get together and play!!!

My sister in law Kelli came with her four kiddos. It was so fun to see them and to meet her new baby Tucker.

Here is Lance and Allie! They are about 3 months apart and had a lot of fun together.
