Where has the TagTeam been?

What about 4 different states over the past two weeks? It has been a crazy past couple of weeks. (hence my lack of posting on this blog as well as checking all of your blogs) I got home from Utah and we had 5 days to pack up our apartment, and car for the summer and head up to WA for Speen's internship. We headed to Fresno, CA and stayed with Spence's family for 5 days, and the last couple of days we have been driving up the Oregon coast, which is FANTASTIC!!! I have posted some pictures from today. The lighthouse in the background of a few of the pictures is where Spence proposed 5 1/2 years ago! It is BEAUTIFUL and was so much fun to be back... and especially to be back here with Lance!

We are in the small town of Tillamook, OR tonight which is ADORABLE. Since we ONLY buy Tillamook cheese because it is the best, Spence really wants to go on a tour of the cheese factory tomorrow. We are only about 5 1/2 hours from Tacoma, so it will be fun to finally get there tomorrow. Lance has been such a tropper traveling in the car, staying in different places, etc. It will nice to finally get somewhere and get on a good schedule - but the only problem is we don't have anywhere to live! I know Spence and I are totally fly by the seat of our pants type people, BUT - - - I am anxious to go and try to find somewhere to live. We had a place worked out but on the ride up the guy called and told us it wouldn't work out. We didn't bring any of our furniture with us, so we are thinking we will most likely buy some cool stuff off of craig's list. We are thinking a sweet pull out couch - so we can have a couch by day and a bed by night - kills two birds with one stone, don't ya think!?! Hope you all are doing well!

I probably shouldn't point this out, but I have the worst post-pregnancy mask on my forehead? Did any of you mom's out there have a lingering pregnancy mask? I don't know if is the bc I am taking or the sun, or what, but it is starting to drive me crazy!

Last night our ward had a Luau. They even had made this little backdrop and took pictures of everyone. I thought it was so cute. Lance man is riding the waves!

Update

Lance and I are in Utah and will be through the end of the week, but Spence requested a new post (he misses his little guy!), so here you go babe!


BIG NEWS ALERT! Spence accepted a summer internship in TACOMA, WA, (aka "The City of Destiny!") so we are heading up there for the summer. It is a wonderful opportunity for him, and I am always up for an adventure, so I am pumped as well. We definitely want to hit up Seattle, San Juan Islands, and maybe even Vacouver. Hopefully he will have some time to travel around on the weekends. Note: This means, Lance will have lived in California, Arizona, Utah, and Washington all before his FIRST b-day! (I am counting Utah because added together he will have spent probably 2 1/2 months in Utah!)








My first Mother's Day was fantastic, Spence picture texted me this cute cake he made! I am so grateful to be a mom. It is the JOY of my life. I am so grateful for Lance. He is the best thing in the world. I am also so grateful to have such a wonderful mom. She is such a wonderful example to me in every way. I also think I have the world's best mother-in-law, seriously, she is so easy to get along with. I am super lucky.






READY * SET * GO... (wait, Lance forgot to go!) This is the latest on crawling - nope, he isn't doing it. He can hold this position great (once I put him in it) but he just really isn't interested. He'll probably just stand up and walk one day. But, I am fine with it. He is so easy-going. I love this little guy.





We also got together with Spence's grandma and his cute cousin Lindsay and her new baby boy Westin for an afternoon. We had a great time! Lance was so cute and gentle to the 7 week old baby. What can I say - that is Lance for you!

And Lastly - It's official - Lance NEEDS a doggie. As soon as Spence graduates and we get some roots, we HAVE to buy a dog. Lance LOVES my parents golden. He laughs every time Toby will come near him or licks him, it is so cute.

First Photo Shoot

The other night my two friends and I went to the park (same park as mentioned in previous photo post) to take some pictures of our boys - we all have little boys 6, 9, and 12 months! The pictures turned out great, so I thought I would share.

I had several people comment on my new camera - seriously, it is an awesome investment, look at these babies, and I seriously still don't really know what I am doing!
