Dinner is Served!

We just had an incredibly tasty dinner, and so I thought I would share the recipe. It comes from a health food cookbook, so not only is it healthy and low fat, but it is also very tasty. Enjoy!!!

Women Burger (This may be the name, but it is definitely manly in taste!)

1 egg
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 c oats
1/2 c chopped spinach
1/3 c chopped onion
2 T shredded reduced-fat Mexican blend cheese

In a large bowl, whisk egg.
Add beef, oats, spinach, onion, cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix with hands until well blended. Form into 4 patties.

Place burgers in grill pan or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook 6 minutes per side or to desired level of doneness.

Hey Katie....I just created a whole new blog and made it private and then copied and paste my older posts. It was kindof a pain, but it is done now!! :) I just didn't really know who read my blog and hate it how once someone goes private you can't email them or anything. This way if someone doesn't link to my blog for a while they will still have the new address and my email from the old blog...Make sense I feel like I am rambling... Miss you I am crossing my fingers you don't do an internship this summer. HAHA!! or I guess you guys don't leave until I visit.

Hey Katie, I'm so impressed by your cooking! that recipie sounds way good especially with the spinach! Way to go. We are still looking for jobs for Devin this summer, the SLC one fell through, he has 2 more interviews today, and 2 to hear back from last week, and applying to another one. So we'll see!
