Home.Sweet.Home.

Well, after three and a half months, we are finally back home in Arizona. We had an incredible summer in Washington and spending time with family in Utah. However, it feels amazing to be back home!

I just had to post these pictures because I thought they were so funny. Here is our PACKED (and that may be an understatement) car. We figured we could fit a lot more stuff if we didn't use any bags and just crammed our things into every nook and cranny.

Here is what the mess looked like once unloaded from the car... (and that doesn't include the 6+ bags and boxes we crammed into our friends SUV!)

Lance is progressing like crazy lately. He is pulling himself up on furniture and walking around everything. Everyone says "don't be in a hurry for your baby to walk!" Well, he is 13 1/2 months, and I am loving it. It may still take him a couple months to learn to walk on his own because he needs to become a lot more sturdy, but I am having a blast watching him explore new things and move around.

After we got home we put on a Baby Einstein for him to watch while we were unpacking, and this is how he watched it, just laying up against the couch, I thought it was so funny! He seemed to remember our apartment. Now the real challenge - get my once good sleeper, now awful sleeping baby back onto a good schedule!!!

And finally, Spence starts his last trimester tomorrow. We have LOVED our school experience down here. It has been so much fun, and we have made awesome friends. We had a fun BBQ with our friends today now that everyone is back from their internships. Good luck to Spence on his final trimester.

Katie, it is so good to see you guys are back in town. Sorry we were not able to make it to the BBQ. It looked fun though. I love when you have those. We should get together soon. Evi really needs some one to play with.

We sure will miss those BBQ's... so do you think it helped to just stuff everything into the car? That is crazy... I don't think Eric would ever agree to that. He HATES having loose stuff.

Katie, I cannot believe that car! YOu are truly amazing! Soooo funny! That is how I felt the moving truck looked, except it was boxes, perhaps we should have skipped the boxes and jsut put everything in... could you imaging that living room? (: Talk to you soon...I mean it we should!
