It is always happens on Sundays!

What you ask? Well, my hair cutting bug that is. The sad part, Lance's curls went bye, bye. After 14 months, I felt it was time to attempt to fix his baby mullet. Ok, so secretly I am a little depressed that we did cut off his cute hair, but what can I do now, it's gone! And now it will be able to grow in more even. He was also starting to pull his hair out, because I think it bugged him on the back of his neck... so there is my long explanation of why we cut it! I sure hope his curls come back, but I must say he does look like a handsome little man and it is nice to have less hair in this 100 degree heat!

Before shot:

After shot:
The process:

Lance acted like it was a head massage, he was loving it!

Ooh, it is short. Shorter than I wanted it, but it will grow!

Eating yummy licorice!
Spence liked Lance's cut so much he decided to give himself a nice cut today as well. What hansome haircuts for my guys!

It doesn't get any easier. I still get sad EVERYTIME I cut Aaron's curls and he's almost SIX. He asked for a cut like Nick's this week and I gave in. But it took me 2 days to be able to look at him without being sad!

Such cute boys!! That is great that Lance liked getting his hair cut, most kids don't. Very cute both ways, he is such a little stud.

Xander had hair just like Lance at that age! And I'll never remember the Sunday when my little brother was carrying him around showing the other Priests Xander's mullet. We cut his hair shortly thereafter. I love the sink idea though!! Great idea!

ooh, i think he looks great. We attempted that with taylor hoping it would grow back and lay down...it is going straight up still. We give up and are just going to let it take it's course.

lWhat a cutie pie. I love the picture of him just relaxing in the sink. I've cut Lydia's hair a few times, but basically just the essential parts so far. I don't know why it's so hard to cut more because I know it would probably look better. She's probably long overdue for another cut. I wish you guys lived closer!

I think the first cut is the hardest! For real, but really it will be so much better for the evenness of it! Nice cut boys! You look great!

It looks great! He is the cutest thing no matter what. I still need to get up the courage to cut Caysja's--and she's 27 months, so I know just what you mean.
