We spent a very fun day at This is the Place park. I would definitely recommend a visit to anyone with kids. There are tons of different places they get to visit and they get to do crafts at the different stops. So fun!
Lance at the Indian village where he made an arrowhead necklace.
At the photography studio where they dress in old clothes and get to take pictures. However, unlike Lagoon, it is only $5 for 2 5x7!
Here is the crew of kids we went with. All the kids were different ages, but everyone had so much fun.
Yep, Lance cried when it came time for the pony ride. Oh wait, not when he got on or when he was riding around (he was in absolute Heaven), but when he had to get off, he was bawling. He kept saying "more neighs, more neighs!"
Ah, and the petting zoo. Nothing like man handling a newborn sheep.

Such cute pictures! Lance looked like he loved it! I've gotta take Weston there sometime, it looks like fun!
I love the old fashion pic! I have always wanted to get one, but never do:) You have the cutest wee one!
I love that last picture!
That looks like a fun place. I need to take Ander there.
I have heard about how fun that place is! I will have to go there when Carson is older. Love the bag lady and cereal picture!
Hi Katie... I so agree about the dancers this season. They're just not as cute. And hello!! What was her skanky dress about? Seriously. I do not like her because she dresses AND acts like a ... loose woman.
i def. don't look at your blog enough! You're cute family is so fun, so happy and so busy! thanks for always sharing! (ps jared and i have a blog now, what's your email?)
Cute pictures! Lance is getting so big! I haven't looked at your blog for way too long and didn't know you were expecting. Congrats! I hope all is well!
Hey, good job on the serious faces on the old-timey photo! I just think it's funny because of all our conversations about getting lance to smile for the camera. Looks like you guys had fun!
Ash and I have talked about going up there... it looks like a lot of fun! I guess we will have to make the trek! I love the pictures!!
You are too funny! I hope you never let me live down those pathetic hospital pictures...what on earth was I thinking? I'm really not that great at taking pictures - you know the camera does all the work! And I will always remember my inspiration for investing in a good camera...you! Thanks Katie, you're amazing!
